1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the KM Design & Consulting website at kmdesign.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Services

KM Design & Consulting provides luxury interior design, exterior architecture, landscape design, and related consulting services. Our website is used to:

• Showcase our portfolio and services
• Accept design consultation enquiries
• Process payments for consultations ($250) and 3D scanning deposits ($300)
• Deliver personalised AI style profiles and mood boards
• Facilitate trade enquiries for the Maison Atlas Morocco Collection

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments for design consultations and 3D scanning deposits are processed securely via Stripe. All prices are in USD.

• Consultations ($250): Refundable if cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice.
• 3D Scanning Deposit ($300): Applied toward the total project cost. Non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled scan.

To request a refund, contact hello@kmdesign.ai within 7 days of payment.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, designs, text, and AI-generated mood boards — is the intellectual property of KM Design & Consulting unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

5. AI-Generated Content

Mood boards and style profiles generated by our AI tools are provided for inspiration and guidance only. They do not constitute a formal design proposal or contract. KM Design & Consulting retains the right to modify AI outputs as part of any design engagement.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information through our forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape or copy our content without permission

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate for your specific situation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KM Design & Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
